AUTHENTIC, IMMERSIVE, UNIQUE

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?

Tim Barber – Co-founder of Real Yorkshire DMC

I’m a Yorkshire Blue Badge Guide and I have a passion for all things Yorkshire. I’m a Historian-come-Yorkshire-storyteller. Our network of qualified Yorkshire Blue Badge Guides, which includes myself, are at the heart of Real Yorkshire DMC.

We will expose your clients to the “real” Yorkshire.

Our immersive tours get right under the skin of Yorkshire’s heritage, from Roman ruins, Norman castles and Medieval streets and houses to stately homes and gardens, Gothic abbeys, Jurassic Coastline, Yorkshire’s breathtaking National Parks, TV locations, film sets and famous Yorkshire folk – think James Herriot and the Bronte Sisters.
We also work closely with a network of carefully selected Yorkshire tourism businesses to include Yorkshire Food Finder, Brewtown Tours and other qualified Blue Badge Guides to create incredible all-inclusive tours of Yorkshire that range from two nights to seven nights.

We work with the very best Yorkshire accommodation (we only use independent, luxury hotels and inns and we like lots of character), and some of Yorkshire’s best award-winning restaurants and pubs.

We build unique experiences into our tours – some of which are exclusive to us so not just anyone can do them.

All transfers and travel is included in our tours of Yorkshire in luxury transport.

Our tours are best suited for smaller groups as small as four, and as big as 16. For the very best experience, our favourite number is twelve.

If your clients want something special or specific, we can tailor a Real Yorkshire Tour just for them.

Call our team to discuss your client’s wishlist and leave the rest to us!

“Yorkshire – The 3rd Best Region in the World”

“Dramatic topography, stunning heritage sites, urban regeneration areas and world

renowned walking trails are only some of the things that make Yorkshire one of Britain’s most

appealing destinations today. Don’t be surprised though if it’s the clink of a pint glass in a country

pub and broad accented, straight talking locals that make the biggest impression”
